Data Source: Evaluations

Use this data source for information related to Level 1 and Level 3 course evaluations. Level 1 evaluations capture the learner’s opinion of the training. Level 3 evaluations capture the manager’s opinion, specifically as it relates to the effectiveness and observable impact of the training.

Some of the most common reasons to use the Evaluations data source are if you need:

A list of course evaluation questions and answers.
A report that details the progress of course evaluations.
To see the resource details and evaluation results in a single report.

The following options are available for the Evaluations data source:

Option	Purpose
Level 1 Evaluations	Provides details of all Level 1 Evaluations created through the Custom Text screens.
Level 3 Evaluations	Provides details of all Level 3 Evaluations created through the Custom Text screens.
Level 3 Evaluations - Non Anonymous	Use this data source to view information on both the person who completed the evaluation and the person who completed the course (that is, “person enrolled”). * Note that this option is only available for Level 3 evaluations created through the Custom Text screens.
Level 1 Evaluation (New)	Use this data source to report on the information submitted in Level 1 Evaluations created through the "Maintain LMS Evaluations" screen.
Level 3 Evaluation (New)	Use this data source to report on the information submitted in Level 3 Evaluations created through the "Maintain LMS Evaluations" screen.
