Every system is configured to meet the specific needs of each client, which means that no two systems will look exactly the same. The following descriptions of the End User screens are intended to show the pages that are available in a system with both the Learning Management and Performance Management modules installed. The section names and pages are customizable.
The End User screens can be divided into six main areas: My Home, My Learning, My History, My Team, Reports, and Other Possible Screens.
The Home Screen is typically the first screen that users will see when accessing the system. All announcements and widgets can be customized. In addition, different Home pages can be created for various subsets of your audience if desired.
Be sure to disable any pop-up blockers to ensure that training courses are able to launch from the Home Screen.

Learner Introduction to the Home Page
If you are looking at an inactive user's Learning Plan, you will see the Learning Plan as it would look if the user were to become active again today.
The inactive user will not be shown in any required audiences, and therefore will not receive any notifications of required learning. However, any course assigned to an audience that the user formerly belonged to will appear on that inactive user's Learning Plan. In the event that the user becomes active again, the courses will still be assigned to that user and will show in the Learning Plan. These assignments may or not be immediately past due based on the expiration options set for the learning resource(s).
